Business Development Representative

HART Health is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our expanding team who can cultivate new relationships, cycle through prospects, and is passionate and capable of driving market development in Denver or Portland, leveraging the quality of the HART Health’s products and services to accelerate our growth and be successful. This is a ground floor opportunity to launch a new market!

You will play an important role in our mission to keep workplaces safer, healthier and more productive by closing business-to-business deals with medium to large companies in every industry. You will also enjoy the benefit of training through our robust on-boarding program, designed to help you succeed in your role and fully equip you with the selling skills to build a progressive and financially rewarding career.

Business Development Representative Job Responsibilities:

  • Your primary focus is developing sales
  • Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
  • Team up with your Sales and Service Representative assigned to you to manage your accounts

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be able to spend up to 4 weeks in Seattle for training. In addition, you should be available for regular travel to Seattle. (all travel, lodging and meals are covered)
  • Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
  • At least 5 year of applicable B2B sales experience (retail, hospitality, etc.)

Accounting Assistant 2

HART Health, the premier distributor of Occupational, Recreational, Sports and Employee Health Care Products has an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to join our company as an Accounting Assistant 2.  HART Health, is a very successful growth oriented company with a 40+ year proven track record. We’re located just off I-5 in Tukwila.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable: code invoices, verify invoices are approved and ready to be paid per procedure, enter invoices, run checks and prepare for signatures, vendor request follow up, verify all payment deadlines are being adhered to.
  • Payroll:  prepare repacker payroll packets, prepare and audit sales bonus reports, proof all timesheets for completeness, prepare data entry sheet for all employees, run and disperse checks, maintain personnel files.
  • Inventory management: enter daily receiving and production transactions, prepare product cost analyses and manage daily cycle counts and investigate differences
  • Other duties:  handle other miscellaneous accounting duties and serve as back-up for inventory transactions, accounts receivable and reception.

Job requirements:

  • Demonstrable successful experience of 2 - 4+ years as an intermediate level Accounting Assistant in a small company ($5M to $15M), or a smaller division of a larger organization
  • Strong functional experience in the area of accounting
  • People skills with an emphasis on communications, planning and personal accountability
  • Customer focus as it relates to listening, serving, supporting and satisfying customer requirements
  • Someone who can embrace an enterprise of wide perspective rather than just a narrow accounting      perspective           
  • A detail orientation and the capability of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
