Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an account log-on and password?
Contact Customer Service at 1-800-234-4278. Customer Service is available Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time.
How do I place an order?
There are two ways to get to the product information to place your order once you have logged in. Find the category that contains the item(s) you are looking for and click on it. All items located in that category will come up with product information including descriptions, images, pricing, and options.
Using the 'Search' box at the top of any page you can enter the item number, if known, or the name of the item you are looking for. When the item is found it brings up the description, image and price screen.
Why does the order screen "time-out" while I am working in the cart?
If you stop working in the order screen for a long duration, your order cart will automatically "time-out" as a security feature. This protects our customers and prevents unintentional orders from remaining active on your computer.

How do I return an item?
We want you to be our satisfied customer. To avoid misunderstandings, call our Customer Service Department for a return authorization. For acceptance by our receiving department, please clearly mark your return authorization number on the exterior of the package. Approved returns must be in new condition and received back within 14 days or the return authorization will expire. A restocking charge may be assessed on returns not due to our error. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discontinued or outdated goods, old overstock or items whose packaging has been opened or defaced (any markings).
Why do certain medications have a short time until their expiration date?
Product shelf life ("expiration date" or "dating") is determined at the time of manufacture through a series of tests. These are based on both accelerated and real time tests, and are used to attempt to establish a time frame within which the drug will still deliver the specified strengths of active ingredients. This time frame is greatly affected by the large variations in the long-term stability of the individual ingredients.
Due to the short-term stability of some ingredients, certain drugs will have a maximum shelf life of 1-2 years (or less) after being manufactured. And often a new batch will not be produced if there is existing (older) inventory in the manufacturer's warehouse and distribution system.
In these cases, we may receive drugs with as little as 6-12 months dating. There is simply no stock available with longer dating, nor will a manufacturer release a new batch until their inventories are sufficiently depleted.
Please be assured we will make every effort to provide the maximum shelf life. We guarantee 9 months dating from our shipping date. If our available supply is less than 9 months, we will obtain your approval before shipping.
